Michael Ferrari

Michael Ferrari is an experienced operator and global LPG industry advocate with a career spanning operational leadership, safety, business improvement, and organizational development. Prior to joining the World Liquid Gas Association (WLGA), Michael served on the region leadership team at Suburban Propane. During his tenure, he led multi-year improvements in profitability, service revenue, safety performance, and operational efficiency while overseeing complex distribution, service, fleet, regulatory compliance, and acquisition integration activities.

Michael has also been active in the pursuit of identifying and developing the next generation of leaders within the LPG industry. As an elected Co-Chair of the WLGA Youth Council, he helped lead a network of 50 young professionals and represented the industry through presentations and engagements across the globe. Known for a practical, people-centered approach to leadership, Michael believes sustainable business improvement happens when strong safety cultures, operational discipline, and capable people are developed together. In his work with WLGA, he brings that philosophy to the global stage, helping strengthen safety, share best practices, develop industry talent, and support the continued advancement of LPG markets around the world.
