Nikki Brown

Nikki Brown was educated at Northampton High School for Girls and completed her Honors degree at Westminster University, London.

Following the birth of her daughter in 1992, she joined CGUK as a PA and within twelve months changed roles to Sales Manager. Six years later she was appointed as Sales Director and took over the position of Managing Director in 2004.

During that year she was elected to the Board of Directors of UKLPG, the National Association supporting the LPG Industry in the UK. Nikki was the only female board member at that time and in 2012 she was elected as Chairman making me the first female chair in the association's history. When Nikki stood down from her role there were eleven Board members of which four were women.

Nikki was the founder member and the first Chairman of WINLPG from its creation in 2015 until 2018.

Following her retirement from Cavagna Group in 2016, Nikki moved to France and continue to support the WLGA WINLPG initiative as the Global Community Manager, her responsibilities are to ensure the network develops by focusing on activities to manage ongoing gender diversity challenges for the Global LPG Industry.
