The WLPGA is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Bram Gräber, CEO of SHV Energy in the Netherlands, as the association’s new President. This appointment was ratified during the WLPGA’s AGM held in Rome on 13th November 2023.

Mr Gräber takes over this role from outgoing President Mr. Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation. The WLPGA President role is for a tenure of two years.

Mr Gräber has been CEO of SHV Energy since joining the company in 2018. ‘WLPGA is an important global association for promoting liquid gas to foster a safer, cleaner, more prosperous world. I am honoured to be elected president and look forward to working across industry to accelerate innovation, enhance safety, and provide an effective voice of advocacy and communication. In these ways, WLPGA is uniquely placed to support industry and customers make the just transition to sustainable energy. On behalf of the membership, I would also like to thank outgoing president, Mr Vaidya, for his stewardship over the past two years, as well as to CEO and Managing Director, James Rockall, and the entire WLPGA team, for their continued hard work and dedication in representing, and bringing maximum value to, every member.’
